Staff friendly, close to all amenities, good breakfast

The room was ok but rather small as was the bathroom. As we were only staying one night it didn't matter too much. Having said that it was lovely and clean. Dinner was the biggest disappointment, we waited over an hour and it was NOT AT ALL good when it did arrive in fact for what it cost it was pretty poor. Breakfast though was great.

I liked how there’s a pool which is great for family breaks. Food was great and staff were all very friendly and professional. From staff at reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff, they were all 10/10. The bedrooms were clean. Location is great. No parking issues. The food (breakfast) was really good and staff made sure to top up regularly. Great choice even for fussy eaters. Hot food was served at the right temperatures. Decorations are quite nice.

Great location. Couple of mins walk to the beach, and plenty of things to do and see. It was also nice to access the gym, pool, and Steam room at pretty much any time. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a good mixture of things to choose from. The room was clean and tidy and we especially liked the use of two lifts up to our floor. - it was quick and easy, and we never waited long for the lift to arrive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

I liked the position as it was close to someone we were visiting but also it was easy to walk to the beach and it was very close to the open commons areas. I also liked the swimming pool. The choices for breakfast were great although I was not so fond of the coffee but that would be a personal choice as others were drinking it. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and we both liked the shower which was great.

Staff were mostly friendly, especially bar and breakfast service staff. The room was fairly comfortable. The breakfasts were great, although timing is key to get a soft fried egg! Location makes visiting local attractions easy with most being within walking distance.

Breakfast was good, lots of choice: continental and fool english breakfast. Shower was very good and bathroom was filled with essentials.
